Welcome to Morphsy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Morphsy's website, apps and services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1) Using the Service
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

You retain ownership of photos, videos and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By uploading, you grant Morphsy a non-exclusive license to store, display and operate the Service on that content to provide features such as sync, backups and sharing (as configured by you).
4) Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use the Service for illegal purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
5) Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content) are the property of Morphsy and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
6) Third‑Party Links & Services
The Service may contain links to third‑party websites or services. We are not responsible for third‑party content, privacy practices, or terms.
7) Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8) Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Morphsy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Morphsy harmless from any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of third‑party rights.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access at any time for any reason. You may request account deletion as described in our Delete Account page; deletion requests will be processed as described there.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Morphsy is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
12) Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
